Abstract:

We discuss the correspondence between Wilson line networks of the Chern-Simons 3d gravity theory  and large-c conformal blocks in torus 2d CFT. After general discussion that summarizes and further extends results known in the literature we explicitly obtain the 1-point torus block through  particular  matrix elements of toroidal Wilson network operators in sl(2) finite-dim irreps. The resulting expression is given in terms of 3j Wigner symbols.
