Abstract:

Using the tool of Polyakov bootstrap, I will describe how 2d S-matrix emerge from the flat space limit of AdS2 scattering as described by 1d conformal correlators. This gives rise to a dispersion formula for the amplitude in terms of CFT data which is checked with perturbative examples. The underlying functional bootstrap has a direct connection with the dual S-matrix bootstrap formalism. Based on 2203.10840 with Lucia Cordova and Miguel Paulos.
